La ministre du Développement à la base, de la Jeunesse et de l’Emploi des jeunes, Myriam Dossou a pris part au webinaire sur l’Economie sociale et solidaire (ESS) en marge du sommet Afrique-France.
Au cours de cette conférence, la ministre a présenté les mesures d’accompagnement de l’Etat en faveur de l’entrepreneuriat social, les programmes de promotion de l’emploi des jeunes et les filets sociaux, a appris « Global Actu ».
Au cours de sa présentation, Mme Dossou a évoqué la mesure présidentielle des 25% des marchés publics accordés aux jeunes et aux femmes. Pendant ses 3 années d’exécution, plus de 42 milliards de francs CFA milliards de marchés publics ont été octroyés aux jeunes et femmes dans le cadre de ce programme. Le programme a profité à 8372 jeunes et femmes.
Concernant le volontariat, le gouvernement a mobilisé 47229 volontaires nationaux en 12 ans (2008-2020).
Dans le cadre de la lutte contre la pandémie du coronavirus, 12 millions de masques artisanaux ont été confectionnés par 16000 artisans mobilisés dans toutes les préfectures. Ceci a généré un revenu de 1,6 milliard de francs CFA.
Myriam Dossou a aussi évoqué les transferts monétaires. En 6 ans, 8,6 milliards ont été transférés à 109482 ménages. Plus de 13 milliards ont été alloués à 819 000 bénéficiaires qui ont été durement frappées par la Covid-19.
