La Togolaise Nathalie Noameshie occupe désormais le poste de directrice adjointe des programmes EPS / Sports de la Conférence des Ministres de la Jeunesse et des Sports de la Francophonie (CONFEJES). Elle a été nommée à ce poste pour un mandat de 3 ans renouvelable une fois, par le bureau de la CONFEJES réuni en visioconférence les 22,23 et 25 juin 2020.
Nathalie Noameshie a été sélectionnée à l’issue d’un test de niveau international organisé à Dakar, du 5 au 8 mars 2020. La nouvelle directrice adjointe va contribuer à l’amélioration de l’accès de la pratique sportive, l’amélioration de la structuration du sport fédéral, la formation aux métiers du sport, le développement du sport de haut niveau. Plusieurs dispositifs opérationnels existent dans le cadre du soutien au développement d’une élite sportive: les Appuis pour la Promotion de l’Elite Jeune, les bourses du Fonds Francophone de Préparation Olympique (FFPO), les stages Club CONFEJES et les camps d’entraînement préparatoires aux grandes compétitions internationales.
Nathalie Noameshie est Titulaire d’un Master Exécutif en Management des Organisations Sportives (MEMOS) à l’Université Catholique de Louvain – la-Neuve en Belgique. Elle dispose également d’un MASTER II Affaires Internationales Parcours » Marketing International et Réseaux » à l’Université du Littoral Côté d’Opale en France et d’un Certificat d’aptitude au professorat d’éducation physique et sportive (CAPEPS) (Option Volleyball et Natation) à l’INJS à Lomé au Togo.
En 2019, elle a obtenu le » Trophée CIO Femme et Sport » pour l’Afrique. Nathalie Noameshie est l’initiatrice du projet » Jeune Fille Leader par le Sport et le Développement du Volleyball Féminin.
L’ancienne joueuse de Volleyball est la première femme arbitre international de Volleyball en Afrique.
